RE: Which domain is better?
@Zuesoft, you can get it for 5 bucks at name.com (at certain day times) And if your Registrar is charging more then 8.99 you are being ripped off, go to name.com and buy it there. .com is 5 bucks at happy hour, 8.99 after .net 8.99 .org 7 something..

RE: Which domain is better?
Well, the #1 domain register is http://godaddy.com.

They register the domain to your name and give a nice extras on the purchase ~$100.00

RE: Which domain is better?
I find that Godaddy has bad support for people, and I don't get them there.

RE: Which domain is better?
IMO, .com is used a lot due to popularity and easy usage.

.net is also used a lot, but not as much as .com.

The only domain I feel is underused is .org.
Not many sites seem to want to use it.

But as far as best goes, it all varies depending on the user's perference and tastes.

RE: Which domain is better?
80% of the sites I go to is .COM, 10% .NET, 5% .ORG, and 5% other.

.Com is cheap and people always get that. Usually, .net or .org costs a bit more money.
