If you have an adult site you can watch Black Label Ads is an Adult Ads Site.

Or if you site has more than 20 Millions visits at a month, adsense premium can insert Adult site ads Wink

Great share, I use Adbrite because I deleted an old Google account with Adsense and when I went to go sign up again I found that they don't delete your Adsense account with your Google account BUT you cant access your Adsense account without your Google account. I like Adbrite though. Signed up and within 24 hours (just like they promise) I had ads on my site.

This. Adsense will beat anything any day. However if you don't get it i do suggest trying to use a low one.

There are some advertising sites for adult sites, and there are some places to advertise adult sites. Google them and you'll find what you want! Smile

RE: 84 Alternatives to Google Adsense...
"How to make money with AdSense" is one of the most popular topics in Internet marketing forums and the subject of many books and special reports. Its popularity isn't surprising given the extensive coverage of AdSense in mainstream newspapers and magazines as well as the program's importance in driving Google's every-growing advertising revenues. Website and blog owners can't help but perceive Google AdSense to be an easy way to make money online.

While it's true that adding AdSense a web page is trivial — all you do is paste some JavaScript code that Google generates for you — learning how to make money with AdSense — especially how to really make money — is decidedly non-trivial. Like anything, it takes time and effort. There are no overnight successes with AdSense.
