I have received minimum 150 spam messages in a day.

I get something around 20 messages . Its better to mark them spam for the next time so that they will move to spam folder

when you register anysite. there you post your email id in register form. the people who need to email marketing they buy that email data from them. and send all data by automated software to viwers. this is massiv email marketing process which people usng for promotion.

i am using gmail and i am receiving more than 100 mails daily which are spam....

I never respond to spam messages..
I get minimum of 70 messages in the spam.....

Casually I respond to spam messages..
I get minimum of 40- 60 messages in a day.....

I receive around a total of 20-30 spam messages per day for 3 e-mail accounts (2 yahoo, 1 gmail).
It's not even that bad compared to some of the members above. But they are really annoying...
