Since when is google tool bar spyware? No spyware tool I have ever used has reported google tool bar as spyware.

Adaware
Spybot search and destroy
malware malbytes spyware removal tool
microsoft malicious software removal tool
AVG anti-virus and anti-malware

None of those tools will report google toolbar as spyware. I would like to know "where" you got your information from.
