Thanks for the share! I was looking to get a domain for free. Wait, I just tried it. It's so hard ~_~. Oh well, I'll just try and find another way to get a domain...anyone have any ideas?

Too many things can go wrong with these sites. Admin dislikes you, they go AFK, they go down etc

These things sound too good to be true. You never know when they could just go and change domain info or shut the domain if they own it. This isn't good because in one moment you have all and in the next moment you're getting angry because someone just took the domain that you got for free or because it isn't working. I would be very careful with this. Be sure that you request information for the deal, what's included on your and on theirs side.
