Ban the IP and if there's another user with a similar or diff IP and you think they are the same, then ban the whole subnet for a few days...

An effective proxy killer is a must if you are having serious spammer issues....

When the guy loses interest in spamming, after a few days usually, unban the subnet...

This is what Omni/Labrocca does at HF.... It get's DDosed besides spammers and he comes back online in like minutes.... CLEAN and NEW....

I suggested that he start some web hosting provider biz due to this deep knowledge he has and the quick response he delivers,.....

man, he would reply your PM, if it is decent and need a reply, in like 15 seconds max delay...
