There is one like that in the mybb community already. I don't think there's need for another forum to submit your plugins & stuff... .

mybb central has some really nice plugins i say
laabrocca and the others have done a great job

Labrocca has some free plugins, but most are for paid subscribers.

I do also, so i can make my own and come up with really cool ideas, and id probably post them here.
