Where can I learn how to hack a site?

Indeed, hacking is a serious thing.. I have a friend of mine that codes php really well ( not only php but you get it lol ) and, he has a friend that can hack very well ^^ i don't tell you what a team they are ! the superteam xD.. no really, their script is really safe .
