There are many websites for free web templates.
I am more interested in skins for popular scripts like vBulletin, phpld, phpbb, etc...
If anyone know a good site where I can get those free skins, let me know.

I often look at sites like oswd.org for inspiration. I do the coding myself though. There are many resources available for free templates, just searching google will bring you hundreds of results.

I'm thinking about starting my own template site soon, i'll be sure to post it here.

Sure will, but i don't want to launch the site till i have at least a dozen templates. And that will take time, because i like to focus on quality rather than quantity

There are some great CSS websites that most people only use for myspace. Its kind of sad. But, I love making my own CSS. I make them for fun all the time
