Mots convinient way of building back links?

I am running my business site for past few months now. But i don't have enough back links. i want ot make some back links as i know its importance in SERP and PR and Tarffic.

So can any one of you suggest me what is the mots effective, easiest and most convinient way of building backlinks.

for building backlinks, only choose blogs and forums that are do follow, do not waste your time on no follow blogs and forums they are of no use.

forum posting I can say is the easiest to boost your backlinks but those kinds of links doesn't give much weight on SEO, unless it is related to your niche.

join as many forums that you can and place the link to your website in your signature. This will begin to generate your link multiple times on the web. You should engage in simple conversations on forums and reply to pre-existing threads in order to have your signature link appear multiple times. However, don't spam forums! Post responses with substance.
