1099 form for adsense

I received my tax information it likely was a1099 from Google because I make money via AdSense and while rearranging my apartment it got lost, I went to my AdSense account and could not find a place to ask for a tax form so where do I ask for a new one. Tanks for you recommendations. If it is in my AdSense account then tell me where. All I make is about $719..00 a year a year so I think there is a possibility I may not have to report anything because I don't make enough, Please help.
