seems 000webhost.com is free, but for their paid you need to upgrade.. their premium upgrade is the same as hosting24

Yeah, I've been using hosting24 for 3 months now, one of the best hosting site there is.
And before that, I was using 000webhost, one of the best free hosters ever.

No offence or anything but 000webhost is one of the worst web hosts ever....
It has lots of security in place including mod_security which doesn't let MyBB run.

If you need a free host the best plan is to get one with cPanel.

Really? I was using 000webhost for a good long time. It worked fine. I jsut needeed to always CHmod the files...

I use HostGator and I like them a lot
