Co.cc, is alright when you are starting out and you want to learn how to setup all those different records, like A, MX ect, but for professional use, I rather have a .com, .info, ect.

Yeah, I would have to agree it's not the best but I'm hosting it for my forum until I get hosting. I was planning on getting .info and then going to .com or .net but it is really good for a free one. I know
EJ.AM is totally shit now you have to wait 3/4 days for hosting and they took away there automatic hosting which I thought messed the site up for real. so yeah, I use co.cc domain and a personal server from a friend.
IMHO .co.cc is a worst choice to make it a website's domain. If on any time, it get a heavy load from its customers your site will be go down, loosing your plenty of traffic and material !
There is no domain that you can buy that is .co.cc, thus it's a subdomain.
You can only buy .cc
