Hello, I am currently looking for a Free website or software where I may design my own website (Not forum)? Does anyone have any suggestions? I want something with a lot of Detail and not something Basic, I know bits of PHP and CSS to I should know what im doing.

Wordpress, Joomla!, Drupal, Freecsstemplates. Google those.

YYes it does, I am currently searching for a software, ill be sure to post it when I come across it, there is bound to be at least 1 with over 100,000,000,000 Pages. But who knows, maybe its something that google just cant find...*Sigh*

You need a template, you can take a look at the free joomla templates or wordpress templates for use one of these cms.
