I prefer manual submissions because in some directories there are fields that needs to be filled manually. Automated submissions can save a lot of time but cant assure you that your submissions will get approved...

Lots of forum directory or url submission via forum.. adding your forum name through or via forum signature..

important thing too is submitting your sitemaps

You should submit it manually on your own, dude. its the best and safe way to do it.

Hire a freelancer that will do directory submissions. They do it manually and more safer than automated submissions.

I think manual submission is better than automated I prefer to use manual.

Honestly there are many of them, but it is a waste of time & not effective at all. The best way to get quality backlinks it to do it manually. You get a high Page Rank too if done in the right way.

Though tools are avilable its better to do it manually as it is safe a little time consuming but manual submission can give long lasting and better results.
