I get a forum that receives a couple thousand views per day. However, since I only have around four ads rotating in my AdToll PicText, none of the users are interested enough to click!
My question is, should I switch the ads to CPM? I saw that the AdToll CPM rates were very low, only around 0.03 per thousand views. Sad
Adbrite will pay you more imho for CPM. Also you can reject a lot of ads. But if your forum has lots of page views but by small amount of visitors you just won't do that well with any ad network.
I only have 2k unique per month.
Does AdBrite allow account credit? I want all my earnings to be directly deposited so I can buy ads.
I can't register on adbrite. There seems to be a bug on there homepage Sad
I've found that CPM only works if you get at least a few clicks per thousand. If your traffic is totally deadbeat, CPM won't help for long.

Hm... i am not realy sure , i am using google adsense , the thing is i have 1000~+ pageviewes ,and what i dont get is , it that i got money only for clicks?
How can i change to CPM?
As Labrocca said, if you haven't enough members that actually become interested when it comes to advertisements, you aren't going to see much results with any advertising network. Regardless of the fact that you get 2k Unique Views every month, it is essential that a fraction of those visitors actually register on your board and stay as actual members. Therefore, the personal relationship the forum owner and the member share become stronger and will result in certain benefits like donations or ad clicks.
Yup very true....pageviews only tell you how popular your site is and how good your content is...it all relies on the relationship your members have with you and the forum so that members actually take the time to click on the ads.
I prefer PPC but if you have good traffic you can try CPM and CPC
