My hosting bill annually is a bit over $100.00 now and I am wondering how I can use adsense to the most for payment of my annual hosting bill such as how can I make that much using it?

Well you seem to need more traffic and possibly reconsider your ad placement.
Which sites do you have running? Also if you site has some PR you might be able to use textlinkads to sell links. I have had success in selling links on my own though. Making $100 a month isn't that hard once you realize your sites monetary capabilities. Some sites simply won't make much money though. Concentrate your full effort into sites with potential.
As of now, my PR isn't that great but I am working on it.
You are running a forum, and forums are not easy to monetize. I suggest you build a proper site to go with the forum, because relying on a forum to make up $100 isn't going to work very well unless the forum is very active
Try and get as much traffic as possible (get links), and as many members as possible. Forums have very low click through rates so you will need lots of regular traffic to keep up with your hosting bill.

How much traffic are you getting?
Maybe adsense just isn't working for you. Try ypn or bidvertiser and see if they make a difference
Try and put a few more ads on, and place them better. Some people stick a small ad at the bottom of their page and hope someone will click on it. It doesn't work like that. You have to be aggressive
Is it that site (forum) in your signature?
If so, you need to put more ads. I can only see 1, and thats not enough really. You have to be more aggressive if you want to make $100
