I'm working on a new website (sort of), and this website needs to look good. So, I'm wondering if I can use ... neat JavaScript background image manipulation tricks. Like, uh, ... border lines glaring? Subtle movement on the main background image? The color tone of the entire website changing slightly ...? Something like that.
