How about adding an introductions forum so if we're new we can post about ourself and such?

I was going to suggest that. It's always good to have an intro forum.

I always have an introduction board, it's friendly and it gives people a place to start

I usually have them but it's not something I think is needed here.

Yeah, I suppose since we're all webmasters, we can introduce ourselves when/if we post what our sites are about.

I have to agree. Introduction forums are very useful because they allow a new member to start off by just posting an introduction, rather than diving straight into the rest of the forum. From past experience (as a forum admin) i know that this helps a member become comfortable and more confident.
