I use streamlinenet.net for my hosting and have never really had a problem and if there has been then its been solved quickly.

Has anyone else used them?

I'm sure they give you great service, but if the link you provide is anything to go by, to me it'd put folks off. First thing would be the pop ups on the page (thankfully my Firefox blocked them), then there's so much stuff on the page it's hard to see where to go for info' regarding to their hosting!
