Writing one article and submitting too many directories or writing many articles and submitting to one directory.

I too agree that, posting too many articles will not help much as submitting one article to one directory.

The 1st option is definitely better but make sure that many is not too many, I mean it should not 50-60 directories at once, it should not be more than 15-25 directories.

yes you can submit same article in to different directories.but I would suggest that you only submit your article to top article directories like that EzineArticles.com
