Hey i want to suggest everyone take a look at http://www.cxr.cc . I currently use it and i'm loving it. It has free and post to host plans. I say you guys should try it.

They are decent and there uptime is okay. There ftp isn't the fastest and they have no cron jobs so no automated stuff if you want it.
