Please help me improve my CTR

Hi, my site is http://animecinema.net/ (surprisingly enough, it is the one in my signature). Does anyone have any tips for improving my click through rate. I started this site sometime after the beginning of this month and my CTR is 0.32%. In the last week I've gotten 49,174 impressions, but only 165 clicks, is this standard for a site my size?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

From what I have seen on your homepage, you are not using adsense enough. Try to make a third column on the right hand side of your page. Here you can use a 120x600 tower or transfer the Links sub-menu from its current location to the top of your newly created column. Those links are too far below to be readily noticed. Try also to squeeze more adsense ads between your content.

2. You need to display ads so that they might become a bit more intrusive to users. You can’t really get around this IF you want a very high CTR.
3. You need to integrate ads seamlessly into your site.

Yep, your ads aren't blended in well and there aren't many anyway. Looking at your sites content more closely, i don't think its the type that can be monetized that well. try adding more content

Put a few more ads on, or try and use different types of ads. Maybe the ads should be placed a little better, so they look as if they are part of the content.

Adsense displays a maximum of 3 ads on any page. If you add the code 10 times you will only get 3 displays.

You should change the ad to a larger header size and possibly even make it images only.

Definitely integrate the look...get rid of borders and change the style to match your site. Take for example the ads we have here.

Having too many ads on a page isnt good so try not to do that :o

I Tried to open your site but I am sorry it is not getting open. I think there is some problem with your server or may be your hosting account is suspended.

try different ads it will work .... and try to put new content every day it will surely help to generate revenue
