No follow Links as Backlinks...?

I want to know whether Google considers no follow links as back links?

Nofollow links as backlink, Is just a link that provide URL for the visitor to click and come to your website. However, it not helps in SERP.
Dofollow is the only backlink that provide you PR juice and helps on your SERP. So, for the SEO, dofollow link is very important.

As you asking about the nofollow links consider as a back links...in my opinion nofollow links are not consider as a back links as they didnot provide the PR juice and not helps in SERP.As dofollow links provide all these thing so it is beneficial and consider as a backlink.

But nofollow links can be counted as backlinks. But they don't give the value things for your sites.

"No follow" links are the links which are not followed by the crawler while crawling a website so it means it will not be listed in the search result pages (SERPs), it means it cannot be considered as backlinks...

A "no follow" link tells the search engine not to follow the link while crawling the website. This means that if you submit and article with links to a site that is "no follow", you are getting minimal benefits from that site. Many experts will tell you not to bother submitting your articles to "no follow" sites if your main purpose is for backlinks.

yes they are still considered as backlinks, although worth less than on a dofollow links which is very much advantageous. In dofollow links, you can not only get traffic but also the PR juice.

Google does crawl no-follow links but don;t give them any importance for ranking factor but no-follow links have may send huge traffic if they are placed at many places.
