May I ask how people come up with a estimate of domains? I belive it's based off of Alexa rank, how active it is, etc? Correct?

Gotta have traffic going to your domain. Or else its not worth much more than the actual domain price. But there are loads of places that will evaluate your sites worth like.

Many of these give silly prices. But it will give you an idea. Failing that go to DP and put it up 4 sale lol. That will give you a rough price.
If i was to buy it though i would prob offer you $20 Australian.

Well, the stats will play a big part, if someone wants to buy it and ask what the stats are you could show them and it could be alot if the stats are really good, that's if you ever wanted to sell it.
