Is anyone willing to be a super moderator at one of my sites? The WorldRP? I have big plans for this site and am nearly ready to release it to the public. But I can only do this if I have some staff behind me to moderate the posts.

I need only one or two at tops. Thank you for reading.

no problems I'll remember you. I tried this project once before and had about 20 members in the first week and 15 were active and it was very successful and vibrant, but I had it as a subdomain to my other site. So i decided to get a real domain for it and told them that since we didn't get far in th game that I'd start it over and they don't mind. So I'm expecting about 20 members when I release it again ^_^

Well, it would be great if we had a gist of what was required of a Super Moderator. I mean, there are standards, but then again, every forum is unique. You should include a detailed Job Description including a description of what type of community you're running as well.
