Yea I noticed that too and was wondering. I think it might have been an addon telling you how many new posts? More than likely its just a bug.

From memory, it's a bug with the MySide Boxes plug-in.

I have also wondered why that happens. Everytime I install the My SideBoxes plug-in that happens. Is there a fix to it? You can't edit the file again to say "Forum Contains New Posts" as it is still written like that.
